Week 1 – What is drill?
Packet of moves, body placement chin, showmanship, how to stretch
Week 2 - Basic Skills
Leg lifts, toe touch, headstand, cartwheel
Week 3 - Military Technique
Sharpness, marching, mini routine groups
Week 4 - Pom Technique
Across the floor, turns, leaps, mini routine groups
Week 5 - Kick
Hook up, kick styles, mini routine groups
Week 6 – Mock Tryouts
