WINTER SHOWS

Home Alone

Home Alone is our first annual winter show. The story follows the wild adventures of young Kevin, and his interfaith family that leaves him home alone while they travel to Europe for the holidays. Classes designated to perform in the winter show will dance and act out scenes in our unique version of an old classic!

Rehearsal: Sunday, December 4, 2016 (time TBA) – tentative.

Performance: Sunday, December 11, 2016 (time TBA)

Costumes will be provided, and returned to Backstage after the performance.

 

Kidstage

Kidstage is a select performing ensemble, open through audition to currently enrolled Triple Threat students (Grades 2–7). The ensemble will rehearse and present A Year with Frog and Toad, a broadway musical, based on the children’s book series.

Audition: Tuesday, September 6th – Time TBA. A one-minute monologue and 16 bars of music from a song is required to audition. (Suggested monologues and music available at BDS)

Rehearsals: Saturdays, 9:30-11:30am (September 10 – December 3, 2016)

Performance: Saturday, December 10, 2016 (tentative)

Fee: $525, includes ensemble costume and a coupon code for two tickets to the performance. Dancers cast as featured roles may incur additional rehearsal fees and/or costume fees.
