Ballet and Pointe
WHAT ARE BALLET AND POINTE?
Our ballet classes focus on proper body alignment, strength, and technique, making it an essential for any dancer. It emphasizes grace, fluid movement, and discipline, helping students develop the foundational skills needed for all other styles of dance, including jazz, contemporary, and more.
Pointe is part of ballet involving a technique that concerns pointe work, in which a dancer supports all body weight on the tips of fully extended feet when wearing pointe shoes.
