Pre-Ballet
WHAT IS PRE-BALLET?
This class introduces young dancers to the foundational elements of ballet in a fun, supportive setting. Dancers actively explore basic movement skills like marching, galloping, skipping, and jumping, building coordination, balance, and confidence with every step. Throughout the course, they learn elementary body positions and simple ballet terminology, laying a strong foundation for future dance training. Many classes also include an introduction to tap, where dancers create rhythms and sounds with their feet, adding a lively, musical twist to their experience.
